guess that's why they sold that batch at the bike show at a "special introductory price". didn't even bother putting their own name on them!

honestly, it might. take a look at my dropouts, they're only 7/8 on the dropouts lol, but i have a huge washer so it's absolutely fine and not sketchy at all.

if it won't fit you can always stick a half link on your chain or something.

better alloy but a skinnier weaker design - more or less the same strength at a lower weight. in your case, i'd say go for it since you obviously like light stuff Razz

well then you're real smooth. 719s are similar in strength to 521s, because the former uses maxtal and the other doesn't. personally i can't land stuff perfect every time and sometimes have to bail so i'd run the 719 as a front rim only, 721 in the back, it'll simply last longer and stay true longer. i have to true my rear rhyno lite xl every week of riding lol

that's an 08, same one as mine. 2.1 small blocks will be fine. however, his rigid fork barely clears a 24" wheel, is that going to fit a 26?

the 09 suburban has better clearance, if you run a 2.1" small block eight you'll be more than fine.

what's wrong with them, why would you sell them after riding them for 5 minutes?

hm. those levers look suspiciously like dangerboy/straitline/twenty6 levers, cept for cable brakes, do you have any clue where i could obtain something like that?

they should just take a hacksaw to the frame and call it a day. it's scrap metal anyway

which station?

is there enough space for it to go through if you take off the bars and seat?

depends on how wobbly. my wheels are never perfectly true but i try to straighten them every 2-3 weeks or so. i run 2.1" kenda small block eights and i haven't had an issue with tire rubbing.

the 2009 suburban 24 has much better tire clearance anyway, so get that instead of the 08 and you should be fine (within reason).

shipping that would be a lot less than 100, too. fyi it's about 40-50 bucks of gas round trip to peterborough.

oct aren't for xc dude. they're stiffer, lighter and stronger than the stylos... also made for the same purposes.

if they existed when i was building this bike, i would've gotten them already.

i think you need to find a new bike shop that won't overcharge you for parts! you have the one that sells in north america for 70-75 GBP.

well this thing is 23 pounds flat with brakeless, 22.61 with an eclat plastic seat. i prefer to have a real seat and a mechanical brake though!

i'm not even going to touch ti spindles or lighter cranks on this, i could get it under 22 pounds with a brake if i really tried, but it's not worth the money IMO.
